WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR RESERVATION:

RESERVATION POLICY:

When you have decided on a date and how many people will be in your party, you must make a reservation. First, you must call me directly. Second, payment through my website will be required for your entire party if you wish to be seated together. Please note you will receive a confirmation email when you have made your online payment. Please call if you do not receive this confirmation for your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

My cancellation policy requires a 3-day advance notice for a full refund. Guests that have booked an entire table ( 8-10 people), must give a 7-day notice of cancellation for a full refund. Guests may also substitute another person in their place. 

FOOD ALLERGIES & SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS:

Unfortunately, I am UNABLE to accommodate any food allergies or special diets. This includes vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-allergies etc. Some menus provide more vegetarian options. All the food is prepared in my kitchen before the guests arrive, and all guests are served the same food. Also, I only serve caffeine free HERBAL TISANES for all my teas. I pair 2-3 herbal teas for each tea party, and all the guests drink the same tea.

CHILDREN/BABIES & INFANTS:

Due to the nature of afternoon tea & to maintain the desired relaxing ambiance for all the guests at your table, no children under the age of 12 are allowed. I do not have high chairs, booster seats, or the ability to accommodate strollers or baby carriers. Please consider a private tea party booking that will be specifically tailored to a more enjoyable experience & menu for children. 

PARKING:

Parking is limited as The Country Farmhouse is a private residence. Please allow extra time to park, and carpooling is encouraged as much as possible. When all the guests are leaving at the end of the tea party,  patience is required to get out. If special accommodations are needed for handicapped guests, please call ahead of time for instructions so arrangements can be made.
